However, PO  ALVARRACIN, RODRIGUEZ, ARMISTEAD, COLBY, and JOHN DOE  kidnapped the plaintiff to the 73rd Precinct and maliciously prosecuted configured to administer punitive sanctions against the Plaintiff.
