He was made to wait for hours until ultimately being put on a bus and transferred to an arrest processing facility where he waited for hours without food, water, or medical attention and was ultimately issued a pink summons by Police Officer Debora Matias. All charges against him where dropped. \n\nPlaintiff Alex Gutierrez was struck with a baton, pepper sprayed, and put in excessively tight zip tie handcuffs. He was made to wait for hours until ultimately being put on a bus and transferred to an arrest processing facility where he waited for hours without food, water, or medical attention and was ultimately issued a pink summons by Police Officer Andre Jeanpierre .
