Plaintiff was was later arraigned and released at approximately 10pm ET the following day (11/30/2019). Defendant NYPD officers created and submitted an erroneous police report in an effort to initiate a malicious prosecution of plaintiff. Plaintiff suffered severe physical and mental injuries as a result of this incident.  \n\nThis complaint also relates to to a separate incident whereupon plaintiff's minor daughter (also a plaintiff) was also approached, assaulted, battered, handcuffed and arrested by defendant NYPD officers, also on November 29, 2019. During the arrest, plaintiff was placed in the back seat of a police vehicle and sexually assaulted and battered by an unnamed male NYPD defendant officer, who removed minor plaintiff's jacket and touched and grabbed her inappropriately, including by her breast area. Minor plaintiff was then taken to the 43rd precinct where she was held for fifteen hours, before she was released the following day. Minor plaintiff suffered severe physical and mental injuries as a result of this incident.
