Police officers Nzinga Bishop, Ruben Felipe Cardenas, and Gabriel Andrew were at the same building for another matter. When Aaron heard the officers arguing in the building, he went to the hallway and spoke with them. The officers then shot taser at Aaron for no probable and justifiable cause and falsely arrested him. The officers also sprayed pepper spray at Aaron multiple times for no probable and justifiable cause. As a result of this excessive force, battery and assault, he passed out and was taken to a hospital to treat injuries sustained from the officers' conducts. Aaron was subsequently falsely imprisoned in which he made court appearances for. All charges against were dismissed ultimately. The injuries Aaron suffered from this incidence were were permanent.  \nOn January 5, 2019, Ena Jenkins was also at the same location as Aaron when she was thrown to the ground by Bishop, Cardenas, and Andrew. Jenkins was maced on multiple parts of her body including her face and eyes. Jenkins was also hit by the officers while her ankles were shackled. After being subject to such excessive force, she had to receive a medical care from an ambulance and a hospital. She was then taken to a precinct where she was improperly detained without being advised of her charges or Miranda Rights against her will. She was also denied proper medical care for her medicines.
