The car stopped at a traffic light at the intersection and waited for the light to turn green. When the light turned green and the car was about the move the NYPD officers in their unmarked vehicle cut in front of Holley's car and blocked the car from moving. The officers then jumped out of their vehicle and approached Holley and his friends with guns drawn and pointed at them. The officers shouted freeze and Holley and friends put their hands in the air. The officers arrested Holley and placed him in handcuffs that were so tight, he sustained bruises. One of the officers took several photos of Holley and his friends. Holley and friends were searched but no items were found on them or in the vehicle. Holley and Peter Adebeyo (friend who was arrested) were placed in a police van and driven around by them for about 3 hours before being brought to the 73rd precinct at about 12AM. At the precinct, Holley was strip-searched twice. Upon arraignment, Holley was released on his own recognizance. Holley had to appear in court on several occasions until January 30, 2015 when all the criminal charges brought were dismissed.","documents":[{"url":"https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nyed.367180.10.0.pdf","type":"complaint"}],"url":"https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/4324183/holley-v-city-of-new-york/"}],"id":"KWPB","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/KWPB"}
