After asking the officers to use the bathroom multiple times, Ms. Muhammad-Cadeus was forced to urinate in a bucket in the room with the other officers. Ms. Muhammad-Cadeus was told that she was not under arrest, but when she attempted to leave the building she was pushed to the ground by Officer Maky and handcuffed. She was given three summons by Officer Powell before being taken to the hospital for injuries from the arrest.
