Although the Plaintiff tried to explain that he lived in the building and had his ID, the Defendants forcibly placed him in an unmarked car. The Plaintiff had trouble fitting his legs in the rear of the vehicle. One Defendant moved to the opposite side of the car and pulled him in to the backseat. Another Defendant slammed the door and hit the Plaintiff. The Plaintiff was then pulled out of the car onto the ground. He was transported to the precinct and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
