He was approached by Defendant NYPD officer Shervis, who then directed defendant officer Wilson to arrest the plaintiff without probable cause. The plaintiff was transported to the 69th Precinct and taken to the cell area. In the cell area the defendants were aggressively removing articles of clothing from the plaintiff and thrusting him into chairs. Knowing that the plaintiff had a previous laceration on his leg, the defendants nonetheless threw the plaintiff onto the ground and began punching and kicking him. Several other officers entered the cell area and joined in the assault of the plaintiff as well. One of the officers tried to hush the plaintiff from pleading help by covering his mouth with their hand. The assault was caught on camera and revealed at trial. The plaintiff went to trial and was found not guilty on all charges.","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=43vTBbFOTMxFO9G68Rxu_PLUS_w==","type":"complaint"}]}],"image":"https://www.50-a.org/images/officer/KY3-zureno-wilson.jpg","payroll":{"salary":"109352","regular":"108510","overtime":"44407","other":"25963","total":"178881"},"id":"KY3","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/KY3"}
