Subsequently, Plaintiff was transported to the 40th precinct where he was criminally processed, which included fingerprinting, retina scans and illegal searched including various invasive bodily searches. Then after plaintiff was taken to the Bronx County Central booking. Baile was set but plaintiff was unable to post and thus he was transported to the Vernon C. Bain Correctional Center where he was unlawfully detained for approximately one week. Defendant made fabricated allegations against plaintiff that  he was in possession of several weapons. Eventually all charges against the Plaintiff was dismissed on October 31, 2019. Defendants lacked a valid arrest warrant, had no probable cause for the arrest or seizure of the Plaintiff, and did not have grounds to believe that the prosecution would succeed or that the Plaintiff was guilty of any crime. The defendant police officers arrested him and attempted to initiate a criminal prosecution to gain overtime pay, benefits as well as to meet departmental arrest quotas. Defendants covered up their violations of police procedures and misconduct, including fabricating observations, evidence, and information. Plaintiff was deprived of his liberty and suffered various physical,\nemotional and psychological injuries.
