They demanded that Marrero exit the apartment. Plainitff Marrero knew the officers because they had stopped and harassed him numerous times before on the street and come to his home. When Mr. Marrero would not come out, the officers entered and began to attack the plaintiffs. Plaintiffs S.V. and Williams were thrown against the wall and choked. Plaintiffs Marrero and Velasquez were punched, kicked and struck with truncheons.
