The officers stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, handcuffed and detained them in an aggressive and excessive manner. The plaintiffs were arraigned after their arrest and thereafter falsely and maliciously prosecuted with committing a crime. The plaintiffs remained incarcerated for over 24 hours and were required to make numerous court appearances over an extended period of time until all charges against them were terminated favorably. The plaintiffs were caused to have their fingerprints and photographs taken without his consent.
