LANDESBERG that a warrant had been issued for the arrest of Plaintiff Z.S. Following this advisement, it was agreed between Defendant LANDESBERG and the Plaintiff MARCELLA WATT that the Plaintiffs would appear at the 9th Precinct on June 6, 2022. In the intervening 4 days, Plaintiff MARCELLA WATT was subjected to harassing telephone calls (presumably made by the Defendants) concerning infant Z.S.'s pending arrest. Upon arrival at the 9th Precinct on June 6 at 9:00am, infant Plaintiff Z.S. was handcuffed and placed in a small room for a period of 11 hours by Defendant CHRISTOPHER M. KELLEY and multiple other unidentified NYPD officers during which time Plaintiffs were advised that Z.S. was going to be arrested for alleged involvement in two murders: one in Chinatown and one in the Bronx. Plaintiffs were not provided with any documentation or a reasonable explanation for the basis of these allegations. The complaint further alleges that the warrant for Z.S.'s arrest was wrongfully obtained under false pretenses. Plaintiff Z.S. was released without being arrested following the 11 hour confinement.","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=OsZ_PLUS_P5cNyKARtkWwde3Cyg==","type":"complaint"}]},{"name":"Meador, John vs City of New York, et al.","start_date":"2017-07-18","disposition_date":"2020-07-06","payout_amount":5000,"disposition":"Settlement","docket":"17CV05080","court":"U.S. District Court - Southern District NY","officer_name":"Landesburg, Adam J.","summary":"NYPD officers entered the plaintiff's residence without a warrant, handcuffed him, and his residence was searched.","documents":[{"url":"https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nysd.477053/gov.uscourts.nysd.477053.19.0.pdf","type":"complaint"}],"url":"https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/13444733/meador-v-the-city-of-new-york/"},{"officer_name":"Landesberg, Adam J.","disposition":"Settlement","start_date":"2016-08-22","disposition_date":"2021-03-12","court":"Supreme Court - Bronx","docket":"302882/2016","name":"Corey, Bernard vs City of New York, et al.","payout_amount":150000},{"name":"Holmes, Davids vs City of New York, et al.","start_date":"2015-09-09","disposition_date":"2016-02-22","payout_amount":17500,"disposition":"Settlement","docket":"15CV06520","court":"U.S. District Court - Southern District NY","officer_name":"Landesburg, Adam J.","summary":"Plaintiff was standing talking to friends when officers drove by, jumped out of the car, placed them against the wall, searched them, and arrested Plaintiff.
