The state employee seriously injured Plaintiff, causing a string of injuries to her, which was all recorded by the video camera in the elevator. P.O. Alexander Delgiorno and Mele came to the scene and believed the state employee’s lies that it was Plaintiff who initiated the attack and injured him, despite the apparent numerous bloody wounds on Plaintiff, her age, and her feeble state. The officers refused to look at the video footage and arrested Plaintiff. \n\nPlaintiff informed the officers that she had diabetes and needed to take medication, which was refused by the officers. Plaintiff was placed in a holding cell for 9 hours with no food or water, and her requests for these necessary items were also rejected. Her pleas to be taken to a hospital were also rejected. Plaintiff eventually had to undergo eye surgeries to repair the torn cornea and suffered deteriorating vision as a result of delayed medical care.","documents":[{"url":"https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nyed.370181/gov.uscourts.nyed.370181.1.0.pdf","type":"complaint"}],"url":"https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/5704000/wong-v-delgiorno/"}],"discipline":[{"disposition_date":"2015-12-08","case_no":"2015-13725","charges":[{"desc":"Did fail and neglect to prepare a complaint report worksheet","disposition":"Guilty"}]}],"image":"https://www.50-a.org/images/officer/L47V-alexander-delgiorno.jpg","payroll":{"salary":"118056","regular":"115402","overtime":"24921","other":"19873","total":"160196"},"news":[{"title":"Woman's Eye Clawed Bloody in Elevator Dispute, NYPD Denies Her Medical Care: Lawsuit","url":"http://www.newsweek.com/nyc-employee-claws-womans-eye-bloody-elevator-then-nypd-officers-arrest-and-334358","source":"Newsweek","date":"2015-05-27"}],"id":"L47V","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/L47V"}
