When he entered his home the fighting could be heard and a member of his residence called 911. When the police arrived plaintiff was lawfully present inside of his home located at 71 Milford Street, Brooklyn, New York when Defendant officers Taylor Corcoran, Steve Torres, Feank Ingrao, Zachary Chardavoyne, James McSherry and others (together the \"defendants\") loudly banged on the door and unlawfully entered and searched plaintiff’s home without a warrant or any legal justification. Defendants unlawfully searched plaintiff, falsely arrested plaintiff, assaulted and battered plaintiff, subjected plaintiff to the use of excessive force dragging him out of his home. Defendants denied plaintiff the right to due process and maliciously prosecuted plaintiff (providing false, misleading and incomplete informatio to the DA office), without probable cause or any legal justification. Plaintiff was remanded into DOC custody where he was unlawfully detained for approximately 1 week before he was able to post bail and was released from custody. The defendants who did not physically touch plaintiff but observed their fellow officers violating plaintiff's rights but neglected to intervene to stop their fellow officers failed to intervene. Plaintiff was subject to the negligent inflction of emotional distress by the defendants. Plaintiff lost his employment due to the arrest.
