They knocked forcefully on the door and failed to announce their presence as POs. The Plaintiff asked questions about their presence which were ignored and demanded she come with them. Carr proceeded to accuse the Plaintiff of a criminal offense before violently putting her arms behind her back in excessively tight handcuffs. The Plaintiff was taken to the 77th Precinct and placed in a cell for three hours and questioned without Counsel. She was then transported by police to hospital while her hands were cuffed and legs were shackled. After Defendant Office Douglass Carr created a photo array, Defendant Goris picked Plaintiff’s photo from it as the fleeing black man.  \n\nPlaintiff voluntarily surrendered.  He was held for more than 24 hours before arraignment, then selected from an in person lineup by Defendants Garcia and Goris.  Plaintiff was arrested, charged with felony gun possession, arraigned, and released on his own recognizance. One of the police officers punched plaintiff in the face, kneed and kicked him. The officer then grabbed plaintiff around the throat and began strangling him, stating, \"Spit up the drugs, spit up the drugs. Defendants ignored plaintiff's response and began to search him by removing the contents of all his pockets.
