Instead, an officer grabbed Plaintiff, while another officer tased Plaintiff in the back. Plaintiff was handcuffed, taken to the precinct, and held for 6 hours before being taken to Central Booking. Plaintiff asked for medical attention to remove the prongs in his back, but was denied, and eventually had to pull the taser prong out of his back by himself.
