The defendants falsely arrested the plaintiff for offering the sale of a mini speaker without a license, but the charges were dismissed for being facially insufficient. \n\nThe plaintiff alleges that the defendants falsely arrested him, fabricated evidence by coercing a confirmatory statement from the plaintiff. The plaintiff alleges the defendants, despite knowing that probable cause did not exist to arrest and prosecute the plaintiff caused the plaintiff to be arrested, prosecuted, and indicted.
