All charges were dismissed.\n\nOn May 17, 2012, 84 year old Plaintiff Capsis complained to NYPD Officer Rich about the inappropriate placement of his vehicle. In response, Officer Rich pinned Plaintiff to his vehicle, punched him in the face, and threw him to the ground. All charges were dismissed.\n\nOn February 10, 2012, Plaintiff Beaute was violently pulled out of his vehicle and had his arm twisted violently behind while being handcuffed by NYPD Officer Jimenez.\n\nOn January 9, 2012, Plaintiff Erinosho was violently pushed face-down by NYPD Officer Sharman and handcuffed.
