They did not find any contraband.  One of the Defendant officers pretended to grab a tissue from the ground and said \"Bingo!\", but would not tell Plaintiff what he was holding.  Plaintiff was handcuffed and arrested without probable cause.  Plaintiff's arrest was approved by Defendant NYPD Officer John Doe #1.  Plaintiff was transported to a police precinct and placed in a holding cell.  Plaintiff was strip searched under the direction and approval of Defendant NYPD Officer John/Jane Doe #2.  Plaintiff had no contraband and had done nothing to give reasonable suspicion or probable cause for the strip search.  The Defendant NYPD Officers lied to the DA and claimed that Plaintiff had violated NY Penal Law Section 220.03, and based on these lies, the DA forwarded to Defendant Detective McNulty a criminal court complaint, which Defendant McNulty signed, despite knowing the allegations to be false.  During the criminal proceeding, the Defendant NYPD Officers forwarded false evidence to the DA's office, and Defendant Detective Kalogiros signed a supporting deposition on September 11, 2012, despite knowing it to be false.
