While at the Precinct, Plaintiff Stewart, multiple times, requested medical treatment. Defendants ignored and mocked Plaintiff Stewart’s requests, threatening him with extended detention if he received medical treatment. Plaintiffs were held in police custody for approximately 35 hours before their release.
