Defendant officers Jose Rodriguez and Christopher Alicea searched inside Plaintiff David and Jairo Santiago’s pants but found nothing.  Plaintiffs were arrested after officers found contraband in a locked bedroom.  At the 42nd Precinct, Plaintiff David and Jairo Santiago were strip searched.  The Plaintiffs were released after seven hours.
