Mr. Baisley opened the door with a master key at the Defendants' request. The Defendants did not have a warrant to enter and the Plaintiff did not give them consent to enter. As the Plaintiff stood behind the door in his underwear, the Defendants conducted a full search of the apartment, including searching under the Plaintiff's bed. After conducting the search, the Defendants located the Plaintiff behind the door and placed him in handcuffs and brought him into the apartment hallway. When the Plaintiff was outside the apartment and in the hallway, the Defendants showed him to (redacted name) who was a tourist visiting from India who identified the Plaintiff as a person who committed a crime earlier in the day.
