Plaintiff complained to defendants police officers MARINO and SINCLAIR that the way they were holding her body and pulling and/or positioning her arms was causing her to suffer substantial pain, but Defendants either ignored or outright refused Plaintiff’s requests to stop assaulting her. Plaintiff repetitively moaned, cried and begged Defendants to loosen her handcuffs, and to stop brutally assaulting her, and Plaintiff’s pleas were ignored and violently grabbed Plaintiff’s face with their hands and threatened to slap her across the face if she did not remain silent. Defendants PO Mariano and Sinclair released Plaintiff from their custody without charging Plaintiff with any violation, crime or criminal conduct.
