An officer placed his knees and full body weight upon Plaintiff's back, making it difficult for Plaintiff to breathe. During the arrest, the officers dragged Plaintiff into a police car as Plaintiff could not walk. Plaintiff begged for medical attention at the scene and at the precinct but was denied. The officers lied and logged baseless and false charges against Plaintiff. Once Plaintiff arrived at central booking, paramedics examined Plaintiff and sent him to the hospital. On May 15, 2014, Plaintiff was arraigned and all charges were adjourned in contemplation of dismissal. While in the hallway, two defendant NYPD officers, a white female (believed to be either defendant officer P.O Sarah Sweigart or defendant officer P.O. Melissa Napoli) and white male defendant officer PO Thomas Mikalinis entered the hallway. The white female officer asked Ms. Musso \"what is that smell?\" to which Ms. Musso responded by pointing to a door down the hall \"check in there, they always smoke.\"  Thereafter, the female defendant officer told Ms. Musso to put her hands behind her back and placed her under arrest for marijuana possession. Ms. Musso, only wearing socks and pajamas, was not permitted to put on any other clothes. \n\nMs. Musso was placed in a prisoner van where she was transported to PSA 3 Station House and handcuffed to a pole at the station  for approximately 13 hours instead of being placed in a prison cell by Defendant officer P.O. Robert O'Brien.  \nMs. Musso was forced to be handcuffed to the pole for the entire night and was forced to sit with her hand above her head where she sustained injuries to her wrist. Ms. Musso was released from the pole to use the bathroom and was thereby forced to use the bathroom with the door open while defendant male officer P.O. Andy Cruz watched her.\n\nAt 9am the next morning plaintiff Musso was issued a Desk Appearance Ticket and was released from the police station. Plaintiff was given a ACD without seeing a Judge or lawyer.
