Before that date, plaintiff's vehicle was stolen and he filed a police report.  Defendants made him aware that his vehicle was in their custody and told him that he must come to the precinct for his vehicle to be returned.  Defendants then detained him there and falsely accused him of making a false police report.  Defendants then seized plaintiff’s person with their outstretched hands aggressively grabbing him about his head and body before unlawfully searching his person by rifling their hands in and out of plaintiff’s clothing and personal belongings.  Defendants then grabbed plaintiff about his body and extremities before violently contorting his arms and wrists behind his\nback and applying excessively tightened metal handcuffs, causing plaintiff to experience significant pain and discomfort.  Defendants then detained plaintiff at the precinct, where he was fingerprinted, photographed, searched, questions as to his pedigree, interrogated and placed in a cell before being transported to Central Booking, until he was released from custody on or about January 4, 2022 after his arraignment.  Plaintiff suffered severe and permanent injuries of psychological and physical nature.  Defendants fabricated allegations in a criminal court complaint, namely that plaintiff committed the criminal offense of Resisting Arrest and forwarded those to the DA's office.
