She honestly believed that the car company had no right to repossess her car because they wronged her by giving her a defective vehicle when she was contractually supposed to get a brand-new vehicle. In an attempt to stop her car from being taken, the plaintiff fought her way into the vehicle against the two tow truckers. One of the men injured her hip by getting physical with her and throwing the car door into her body. She managed to get into the vehicle, however the other driver put the car on the lift and raised the car in the air. The plaintiff then called 911 while inside the vehicle, and when defendant NYPD arrived, they failed to do their duty to serve and protect the public and subjected her to danger and ridicule.","documents":[{"url":"https://web.archive.org/web/20240729204308/https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=QJk3vavMJgpI8uC1n9NlFA==","type":"complaint"}]}],"image":"https://www.50-a.org/images/officer/LSNX-bernadette-fackovec.jpg","payroll":{"salary":"109352","regular":"108510","overtime":"26151","other":"17888","total":"152549"},"id":"LSNX","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/LSNX"}
