Indeed, plaintiff had himself contacted the police while in the process of fleeing his emotionally disturbed and violent roommate, who had physically attacked plaintiff causing visible injuries to him, including bleeding lacerations to his forehead.  \n\nUpon the defendant officers' arrival, plaintiff explained the situation to the defendant officers, who in turn confronted plaintiff's roommate, but ultimately returned to plaintiff and unlawfully arrested him, by grabbing him by the body and limbs and violently contorting his arms behind his back, before ultimately affixing handcuffs to his wrists in an excessively tight fashion (such conduct caused plaintiff to sustain substantial physical pain and injuries to his back, neck, arms, hands and wrists).  \n\nDefendant officers lacked probable cause or reasonable suspicion to arrest plaintiff, and had never observed plaintiff commit any crime or violation of the law, but proceeded to illegally search plaintiff (including conducting strip-searches with attendant cavity inspections of his person) and jail him.  Defendant officers would then proceed to sign, attest to and file a criminal court complaint against plaintiff which falsely accused plaintiff of a criminal offense, after which point they knowingly, maliciously and intentionally engaged in the fabrication of false and fictitious evidence, observations, events and occurrences, which defendant officers falsely attributed to plaintiff before forwarding the same to proesecutors.","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=6R8psUGh1gS_PLUS_K7tWLyJRgQ==","type":"complaint"}]}],"documents":[{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/21058844-scara-965516-02-13-20","type":"brady-giglio"}],"image":"https://www.50-a.org/images/officer/LT6K-louis-scara.jpg","payroll":{"salary":"109352","regular":"108510","overtime":"38033","other":"20549","total":"167092"},"id":"LT6K","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/LT6K"}
