Defendants refused to answer Plaintiff's question as to what was happening, but demanded that Plaintiff provide her name, ID and documentation for her vehicle, which Plaintiff did.  When Plaintiff asked a second time what was going on, Defendant NYPD Officers aggressively grabbed her hand, pulled her arms behind her and handcuffed her, then pushed her onto her vehicle causing Plaintiff's head to violently bang against the car. Plaintiff was crying and asked Defendants to stop pushing her head into the car, and Defendants told her to \"shut the fuck up.\" Plaintiff was taken to the 75th Precinct. Defendants refused Plaintiff's request to loosen the handcuffs. Plaintiff was searched at the precinct, including being ordered to lift her shirt and shake her breasts, while a male officer observed the search. No contraband was recovered from Plaintiff. Plaintiff's request for medical treatment for her swollen wrists and hands and other injuries was denied, and Plaintiff almost fainted from the pain in her hands and wrists while being fingerprinted. The Defendants falsely informed employees of the DA's office that they had observed Plaintiff obstruct governmental administration, behave in a disorderly fashion and resist arrest.  Defendants also prepared false paperwork, including an arrest report.  Plaintiff was taken to central booking and arraigned on the evening of August 21, 2013.  She was released on her own recognizance after approximately 20 hours in custody.  Plaintiff had to return to court on multiple occasions before the charges were adjourned in contemplation of dismissal on November 26, 2013.  Plaintiff required ongoing medical treatment as a result of Defendants' violent treatment.","documents":[{"url":"https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nyed.350825/gov.uscourts.nyed.350825.13.0.pdf","type":"complaint"}],"url":"https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/4323086/mata-v-vasquez/"}],"discipline":[{"disposition_date":"2023-02-02","case_no":"2022-26032","recommendation":"Other","allegations":[{"desc":"Failed to activate their body worn camera."},{"desc":"Failed to make required entries in Department logs."},{"desc":"Wrongful entry of a premises."}]},{"disposition_date":"2022-12-22","case_no":"2022-26542","penalty":"B - Command Discipline","recommendation":"Command Discipline - B","allegations":[{"desc":"Computer misuse"}]}],"payroll":{"salary":"109352","regular":"108510","overtime":"0","other":"18477","total":"126988"},"id":"LTQZ","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/LTQZ"}
