Defendant Officer Rose and Defendant Lieutenant Correia arrived at or near La Guardia airport, the location of Plaintiff. Defendant Officers then falsely arrested Plaintiff on seven charges including misdemeanor and felony counts. without reasonable suspicion and/or probable cause to do so. After falsely arresting Plaintiff, the Defendant Officers then filed false criminal charges against Plaintiff.
