MICHAEL GOODCHILD, CAPT. ROBERT OHARE, and ten other unidentified officers. During the arrest, Plaintiff was pushed to the ground and handcuffed and then struck in the back and groin area approximately ten times. PO WILLIAMS then punched Plaintiff in the face and mouth and knocked out one of Plaintiff's teeth. Plaintiff requested medical treatment at which time EMS responded and determined that Plaintiff required hospital treatment. Plaintiff was then transported to Brookdale Hospital and diagnosed with a lip abrasion and a broken tooth. On April 18, Plaintiff was taken back to PSA 1 and then Brooklyn Central Booking where he was falsely charged with Second Degree Attempted Assault, Attempted Assault in the Third Degree and multiple other offenses before being released on his own recognizance. Plaintiff thereafter appeared in Kings County Criminal Court on at least eleven occasions before all charges were dismissed by motion of the Kings County DA's office on June 23, 2016.
