After the Plaintiff had explained that Ms. Vergara was lying to them, notified them that she had filed a complaint with the police department, and pleaded with them to consider reviewing the security tapes, the Defendants refused to acknowledge her statements and left. An hour later, the Defendants returned to the apartment building because Ms. Vergara had, in the time since the first incident, formally filed a complaint against her. Both Plaintiff Perez and Ms. Vergara were arrested. Plaintiff Perez was handcuffed too tightly, shoved into a police car, and taken to the precinct; there, she was invasively searched, entered into the criminal justice system, and subjected to illegal interrogation. After Plaintiff Perez had multiple court appearances to fight the false criminal charges against her, the Bronx County District Attorney’s office decided to terminate all proceedings through an unconditioned dismissal of all criminal charges against Perez.","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=kMTw9ba6cdM_PLUS_Y0g6AT6xlA==","type":"complaint"}]}],"documents":[{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/24441170-bronx-notified-officers-list-edited_redacted-redacted_redacted","type":"credibility-finding"}],"image":"https://www.50-a.org/images/officer/LYTT-andres-londono.jpg","payroll":{"salary":"118056","regular":"117719","overtime":"26231","other":"20064","total":"164014"},"email":"andres.londono@nypd.org","id":"LYTT","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/LYTT"}
