Following the assault, the Police Officers arrested Jones without any legal justification or probable cause. Jones was arrested and then taken to the precinct where he was booked and incarcerated. \nJones was then arraigned and had to appear in Brooklyn Criminal Court on numerous occasions where he entered a plea of not guilty.
