Plaintiff went down to the lobby where he encountered six officers, who roughly put him into excessively tight handcuffs.  The officers then dragged Plaintiff up six flights of stairs to his apartment, where his children were while their mother was shopping.  The officers then illegally entered the apartment without a warrant and searched it, apparently looking for evidence of domestic violence.  When the officers realized they had the wrong apartment, they agreed to leave but in doing so injured the Plaintiff when removing the handcuffs.  Plaintiff was treated afterward for torn shoulder ligaments.  No charges appear to have been filed.","documents":[{"url":"https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nysd.408955.11.0.pdf","type":"complaint"}],"url":"https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/4351917/tendler-v-the-city-of-new-york/"}],"payroll":{"salary":"118056","regular":"102531","overtime":"31215","other":"15230","total":"148976"},"id":"LZVK","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/LZVK"}
