He was then transported to a precinct, where he was fingerprinted, photographed and placed in a holding cell.  Later, he was transported to a hospital, where he received treatment for his injuries while handcuffed and shackled to a hospital bed until he was transported back to the precinct.  Defendants provided the DA's Office with the false information the plaintiff committed a crime, namely Reckless Driving.  After ca. seven hours in custody, plaintiff was released.
