Mark Siley, Det. Alex Munoz, Det. CHristine Sheren, Det. Artiles, Det. Gil, Det. Carui, Det. Sherman, Det. Alumez unlawfully entered Plaintiffs' apartment by breaking the door. POs grabbed Plaintiffs from their beds and cuffed their hands behind their backs with excessively tight handcuffs. POs had their firearms drawn and pointed at Plaintiffs throughout. Plaintiffs requested the handcuffs be loosened but their requests were ignored. POs illegally searched the apartment and did not find any contraband. However, they falsely claimed they found a firearm in Plaintiff Robert Casilla's bedroom. All other Plaintiffs were released but Plaintiff Casilla was taken to the 25th Precinct, where he was subjected to a strip search in front of other detainees. Plaintiff Casilla was subjected to a malicious prosecution and compelled to defend against the false charges until all were dismissed on or about November 23, 2010. Plaintiffs suffered personal and physical injuries, pain, suffering, fear, invasion of privacy, psychological pain, emotional distress, mental anguish, embarrassment, humiliation, and financial loss as a result of this incident.","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=8PcpoeyR7VY0LdqPpgEYWg==","type":"complaint"}]}],"id":"M8AV","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/M8AV"}
