PO maliciously accused Plaintiff of criminal possession of a weapon and possession of pistol ammunition falsely purposed to have been observed in plain view. Plaintiff was taken to a NYPD precinct and a central booking where he was confined to various cells until his arraignment. Plaintiff spent more than 72 hours wrongfully detained and was compelled to return to court multiple times.
