When approaching the Plaintiff, the Officers forcefully grabbed him from behind and all Officers were pulling the Plaintiff in different directions before restraining him with unreasonably tight handcuffs. After searching him, the Plaintiff was dragged backwards in the handcuffs to the police vehicle. The Plaintiff complained of pain in his abdomen and his pleas were ignored and pain was still inflicted on him. He was then transported to the local Precinct and left in a holding cell in pain. The Officers initiated a malicious prosecution against the Plaintiff by providing the DA with incomplete and misleading information.
