Plaintiff was transported to the 107th Precinct and was not read his Miranda rights. He was held without bail under no New York charges for an alleged misdemeanor violation from out of state, and incarcerated for 97 days until extradited to Connecticut. Plaintiff requested but was never granted an extradition hearing.\n\nDefendants also negligently refused to investigate instances of harassment and hazardous materials being left on Plaintiff's property. Defendants also submitted false information in a governor's warrant. The Queens District Attorney also concealed and failed to turn over exculpatory evidence.
