Plaintiff James initially ran then stopped, fell to his knees, and put his hands in the air, whereupon an officer struck him in the back of the head with a baton, another handcuffed him, and additional officers began to strike him, each ignoring his pleas for them to stop and one of which responding \"shut the f*ck up\" to James' subsequent request for medical attention. When Plaintiff Arrington attempted to record the assault, he was without provocation grabbed, thrown against a wall, struck in the arm, handcuffed, arrested, searched,  and later, strip searched and fingerprinted. Following Plaintiffs removal to the precinct, Defendant Officers acted in a conspiracy to : cover-up their illegal stop and seizure of the plaintiff James, the use of excessive force against James; and the injuries to plaintiff James by filing false police report; filing false charges; swearing out false complaints; intimidating witnesses; arresting witnesses; seizing and suppressing evidence; denying prompt and necessary medical attention; and denying access to the courts by subverting evidence and due process of law.
