POs suppressed evidence in order to obtain a grand jury indictment, knowing the case was meritless, and one or more of the POs falsely testified at the grand jury to perpetuate the malicious prosecution. During this stop the Plaintiff learned that the individuals were in possession of a large amount of cocaine. The individuals were arrested and plaintiff testified at both a grand jury hearing and pre-trial hearing. the criminal cases against the two individuals were ultimately dismissed. Ultimately Judge Konvisor determined that there was a complete lack of evidence with respect to charges against the plaintiff.
