Defendant Officers, John Doe 1-6 of the 10 Defendant Officers arrived at the family member's home and employed brutal, retaliatory excessive force upon the Plaintiff in the process of arresting the Plaintiff. Defendant Officers John Doe 1-6 hit, kicked, tased and punched the Plaintiff before dragging his down the stairs of the building in handcuffs. Defendant Officers can be heard via cellphone footage encouraging one another to hit and tase the Plaintiff, as well as boasting and laughing about how many blows or tasers they were able to deploy during the attack. Plaintiff has visible injuries to his face including a busted lip, obvious redness/bruising to the eye and cheek and blood coming for one of his ears. Plaintiff was transported to a Bronx Precinct and then to Queens Central Booking where additional officers placed a bag over Plaintiff's head while he remained cuffed with his hands behind his back-in a call for several hours, all while the Plaintiff was being denied access to the phones.
