Plaintiff was charged with several crimes, which were alll dismissed.\n\nOn November 23, 2012, plaintiff was tending to a wound at his place of residence when Defendant P.O.s Rodriguez, Maldonado, Wilson, Green, Garciarivas, Lt. Camhi, and Sgt. Bones entered Plaintiff's apartment without permission. One of P.O. Rodriguez/Moldano told plaintiff to come with them. When plaintiff said no, Rodriguez and Modlano, with the assistance of two other offices, forcefully grabbed Plaintiff. Although Plaintiff was in no way resisting, Lt. Camhi tasered Plaintiff all over his body. More officers began to punch and shove plaintiff, causing him to bleed from the head. After plaintiff was thrown downwards by defendants, P.O. Wilson further beat plaintiff with a baton. Plaintiff was taken out of his place of residence and arrested at the 40th Precinct.
