The plaintiff was translating a summons which was issued to another individual, but did not interfere with the arrest of the individual.  In retaliation, the defendant Laclair arrested and issued a summons to the plaintiff, charging her with P.L. § 240.20 (5).  The charges against the plaintiff were dismissed on August 27, 2014.\n\nIncident Two: \nOn July 6, 2014, the plaintiff was stopped by defendant Irvin after exiting a nightclub, who arrested her and transported her to the precinct, where she was charged with P.L. § 240.37.  Defendants Sarro and Ramsammy were present and failed to intervene in the arrest of the plaintiff.
