Plaintiff was held in a cell for 3 hours before being taken to Central Booking, where she was examined by an EMS attendant. Plaintiff complained that she had lower back pains and that she was pregnant. No further medical assistance was provided to plaintiff. Because Plaintiff walked out of the same building that an alleged drug suspect exited, Defendant Brown forwarded the false arrest information to prosecutors to initiate a malicious prosecution. Plaintiff was incarcerated for 29 hours, until she was released on May 23, 2018 at 7:00 PM.
