Defendants assaulted and battered plaintiff, tackling him to the ground and then began to kick and punch his head and body without any legal justification as to the use of tactical force. Defendants placed their knees on the back of his neck and back and began searching his body, but did not recover any contraband. They then applied excessively tightened handcuffs and ignored plaintiff's requests to loosen them. \n\nPlaintiff was brought to precinct and, overall, unlawfully detained for about 3 days. The criminal prosecution was terminated in plaintiff's favor when all charges were unconditionally dismissed and sealed.
