Shortly after, the air conditioning was turned off and Defendants drove Plaintiff around for a while in stifling conditions. Defendants Dobrossy and Tiernan transported Plaintiff to the 73rd Precinct where he was imprisoned. While he was imprisoned, a friend of the Plaintiff brought his prescription bottle for Oxycodone to the Precinct and showed it to Defendants Martin, Walsh, and/or Cuozzo. Plaintiff was then transported to Brooklyn Central Booking where he continued to be imprisoned. On May 31, 2012, Defendant Russell signed a Criminal Court complaint accusing Plaintiff of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree. Plaintiff was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.
