Every member of the family were handcuffed. The Plaintiff was handcuffed tightly.  The home was tossed during a search. No warrant was shown to the residents. No contraband was found. The entire family was arrested.  Defendant Officer Winters generated a false police report stating crack cocaine, marijuana and paraphernalia were found. Defendant David Cheesewright verified the false report and approved the Plaintiff's arrest. The Plaintiff was held in pre-arraignment detainment for 36 hours before being released on his own recognizance. He was denied his insulin medication and warned to stop asking for it during his detainment.
