On or about November 22, 2016, Plaintiff's motion to suppress was granted in its entirety and the judge held that the defendant officers did not have reasonable suspicion to search Plaintiff based on inconsistencies in their individual testimonies and between their testimonies and the paperwork filed in connection with the arrest. After about 24 hours in custody, plaintiff was arraigned and released. Plaintiff made several court appearances spanning a year.
