New York City Police Department et al","court":"U.S. District Court - Eastern District NY","plaintiff_race":"Black or African American","summary":"Plaintiff was at a motion hearing for contempt of court when the defendants refused to enforce the court that allowed her to access her $100 billion sweat equity plan and other belongings. Plaintiff suggests that the defendants ignored the fact that Jeffrey Zagelbaum refused to comply with the orders which lead to Jeffrey Zagelbaum having possession of the court order and subsequently robbing the plaintiff. During the robbery, plaintiff was pushed out of her apartment. The defendants did not charge Jeffrey Zagelbaum with the crime of stealing the plaintiff's $100 billion dollars and valuables. The plaintiff believes this is because the defendants conspired with Jeffrey Zagelbaum and Jeffrey Edelman (Zagelbaum's attorney). Plaintiff was arrested for assault that alleged occurred after a verbal argument in lei of complying with the court order. In addition, the plaintiff missed her housing court date (May 30) because the defendants delayed taking her to court since she was in custody. Plaintiff also revealed one of her previous clients, Ingrid, was living in the plaintiff's old apartment until she was killed by Jeffrey Zagelbaum. Ingrid was blind and Jeffrey Zagelbaum cut off the electricity in her apartment which lead to starvation over six weeks and was rushed to the hospital. At that time she was evicted and returned to the hospital after realizing she was homeless and died there.","documents":[{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/5379152-Walker-v-New-York-City-Police-Department-et-al"}],"docket":"17CV04529","officer_name":"Annalisa A.
