Plaintiff sat on the floor for half an hour before the defendant officers decided to handcuff plaintiff, despite the absence of evidence of wrongdoing. The plaintiff was transported to PSA 2 precinct, where he was again searched and pedigreed before being placed in a holding cell. Plaintiff was detained in said cell for 20 hours before being transported to criminal court and placed in another cell with other arrestees and no food, water, or adequate restroom facilities. The defendant officers completed paperwork in which they swore in part, that the plaintiff had committed a crime. These claims were known to be materially false at the time they were made, and every time thereafter when they repeated it.
